1 General Terms & Conditions

Each individual may hold only one account on taka 9999. Having multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, the balances of all associated accounts will be forfeited.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds

• Operating an account using false information or forged documents
• Exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage

8 Account Suspension & Closure

In any of the following circumstances, taka 9999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.

• Violation of Terms & Conditions

• If KYC verification is not completed
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)
• At the User's Own Request

If an account is closed without evidence of a terms violation, any valid balance will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to a rule violation, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited.
